I've been trying to assemble a list of TV shows that have used or been about paintball. You can go here to see our current paintball on TV listings. Note: I'm not listing the paintball only shows. Just TV programs that don't normally have paintball as a subject.

Rob and Big: Do Work - A trip to the paintball center is up next so Big can show Rob his shooting ability. The first time out Rob and Big are defeated by the two "Hot" paintball girls with the end result being a huge welt on Rob's butt. The second time out Rob and Big work as a team to defeat the girls and Rob is convinced that Big has his back. The episode ends with Rob and Big arriving at home where Big has a gut feeling that something isn't right. Rob follows as Big enters the house with the paint ball gun and shoots Rob's cousin Drama as he cleans the pool.
The Big Bang Theory - A paintball game leads to a feud between Sheldon and Penny
Bernie Mac - "Chess Wars" (episode: #38)
Bernie uses principles of chess to check the kids' desires, but Jordan's no pawn as he moves to achieve his goal: a paintball gun.

Big Day - "War With the Neighbors" (N)
A birthday party thrown by neighbors causes problems when the kids attack the wedding staff with paintball guns and a clown steals Alice's dress. Meanwhile, Danny invites some extra guests, and Jane hopes to rehire Lorna.

College Hill - (episode #411)
The students head to Miami, where they have a good time, play paintball and gradually bond---until conflicts involving a fuming Fallon come to the fore.

CSI NY - "Consequences" (episode: #55)
The next case for the CSI's gets even tougher when a paintball player turns out to be the prime suspect and later goes missing the team also has another problem the evidence that should point to the prime suspect points to someone else.

Dane Cook's Tourgasm - "Competitively Speaking" (episode: #6)
Between contentious games of indoor paintball and poker, the guys squeeze in a triumphant gig at the University of Virginia and continue riding high with a white-knuckle whitewater rafting trip near Richmond.

Get Out! - "Melkbosstrand, South Africa" (episode #604)
Melkbosstrand, South Africa, is visited for a look at a unique paintball game.

Growing Up Gotti - "Pot Shots" (episode: #119)
John gets a paintball gun and Uncle Pete challenges the boys to a paintball game in the woods. Meanwhile, Victoria decides to market her family-recipe pasta sauce.

Just Shoot Me - "War and Sleaze" (episode: #224)
Jack drafts Finch (David Spade) into combat for a paintball war; Maya has her hands full with an adulterous Congressman (David Rasche). Maya: Laura San Giacomo. Elliott: Enrico Colantoni. Jack: George Segal.

King of Queens - "Paint Misbehavin" (episode: #64)
A birthday party for Deacon at a paintball park becomes a war when Doug becomes jealous over Carrie's attraction to Deacon.

My Gym Partner Is a Monkey - "Bubble or Nothing; Up all Night" (episode: #12)
Adam tells a lie and ends up having to walk around in a plastic bubble; Kerry invites Adam out for early morning paintball, but he stays up all night partying.

Six Feet Under - "Tears, Bones and Desire" (episode: #34)
Keith works off some stress during a ferocious game of paintball; Lisa is uneasy about Nate's past with Brenda; Claire has had it with Olivier's demands; Ruth and Arthur bond over laundry.

South of Nowhere - "Love and War and Love and War" (episode: #210)
A game of paintball takes place as a way to bring the divided Carlin family back together; Ashley hangs out with Aiden; Madison gets her just deserts for interfering with Kyla's love life.

The Osbournes - "Tennis Racket" (episode: #27)
Sharon receives a peace offering from one of her folk-singing neighbors, but the neighbors on the other side begin to drive the family crazy by playing tennis at all hours of the day and night. Jack tries playing drums outside, and Ozzy blasts the loudest, most obnoxious music he can find. However, nothing seems to have an effect on the neighbors. Jack shoots at the court with his paintball gun, leading to a visit from the police. Sharon suspects that the neighbors are responsible when three of the Osbournes' cats disappear, although the coyotes seem the more likely culprit. Kelly brings home another cat, but Ozzy isn't very happy about it.
