Wolfpack Paintball Giveaway Rules
The winner will be randomly picked from completed entries during the month of July 2007. One entry per person. Winner must be 18 years old or have an adult or guardian receive the paintballs. Winner will be contacted by email and must provide a physical mailing address(no PO Boxes) with in 30 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Wolfpack Paintball will not be responsible to reissue the prize. Paintballs will only be shipped to the continental United States of America. Wolfpack Paintball is not responsible for damage to paintballs in shipping and does not guarantee the condition of paintballs upon arrival to your mailing address. You agree to use these paintballs while observing all laws and safety rules. Any incomplete entry will be disqualified for the prize. Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes associated with their prize. By accepting a prize the winner releases Wolfpack Paintball Team or any of its owners from any responsibility or liability in connection with any prize awarded. Winner agrees to release Wolfpack Paintball Team or any of its owners of any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize. Wolfpack Paintball reserves the right to change these rules as needed. By entering this giveaway you fully agree to these rules.
