Planet Eclipse Sponsorship Information
Planet is always on the lookout for teams in all different types of paintball, skill levels, and divisions who are as passionate about the sport of paintball as we are, to help represent the Eclipse brand.
Due to the volume of requests we receive weekly, the following criteria must also be met before a team is considered for sponsorship:
Your team must be associated with an Authorized Planet Eclipse Direct Dealer(Check with your local field, store, or supplier to see if they have a dealer account with us. If you are having trouble finding a dealer near you, you can visit our web site and go to the dealers section. There you should be able to find a dealer in your area at http://www.planeteclipse.com/site/eDealers.asp) All receipt of product and signing of team contracts will go through the Eclipse Dealer. They will also be your team's point of contact with Planet Eclipse. This allows teams the chance to receive both a Planet Eclipse Sponsorship and a home store/field sponsorship. You'll be getting two sponsors for your team, with one resume and application.
Your team must submit complete resume to us. There is no specific application form, most teams have either sent us an email (similar to yourself) others have mailed actual hard copies of their resume. Describe what your team's efforts will be to support Planet Eclipse. This may include banner display, uniforms, and speeches. What additional promotions would your team plan on doing?
Your team resume should include the following:
- Your team name and captain information.
- Link to you team's website.
- Names, ages, and playing years of all member.
- Photographs of team member.
- Current equipment list of all team members.
- Future event schedule.
- Team's past event achievements.
- Team's current sponsors.
- Team goals for the future.
- Team's general history.
- Name and address of the Eclipse Dealer you are working with.
- Explain how your team plans to represent Planet Eclipse.
All teams' members would also be required to sign a contract that lays out the terms of the sponsorship.
Email me your team resume in Microsoft Word format, make sure the team name is in the subject line, or you can mail a hard copy to the address below. Once received, our sponsorship department will review your resume and you will be considered for sponsorship for the season.
You must also contact your local Authorized Planet Eclipse Direct Dealer directly. Submit your team's resue to them as well. They can then contact us in regards to the terms of the sponsorships available. Please let them know that you have been in contact with us, and what your team is trying to do. Let them know specifically what you are looking for in terms of sponsorship and support, from Planet Eclipse.
